Dr. Katie Ng grew up in Northern California before heading east for her undergraduate degree at Georgetown University, where she was a member of the women's rowing team. At Penn State College of Medicine, she was awarded excellence in pediatrics and performed a research internship in Peru. She completed her pediatric residency at Penn State Children's Hospital, including a clinical rotation in Ghana.

Dr. Katie practiced general pediatrics in Denver, Colorado, before joining Southern Oregon Pediatrics. She enjoys the wide breadth of care she is able to provide from birth to adolescence, and thrives on the variety found in general pediatrics. Dr. Katie loves collaborating with children to help them build healthy lifestyles and supporting them as they grow into adulthood. She brings a warm, calming, and fun approach to her care, making kids and parents alike comfortable in the office.

After spending many years away, Dr. Katie is thrilled to be closer to her family on the West Coast. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and young daughter. She loves reading novels and poetry, native plant gardening, camping, hiking, mountain biking, and rock climbing.
