Dr. Lee Murdoch began practicing pediatrics in the Rogue Valley in 1966. He built a practice based on the principle “How can we help you?” Dr. Barbara Sibley joined the practice in 1994 and over the years has been responsible for recruiting our high quality team of experienced pediatric providers. Since that time, we have become the largest pediatric practice in the Rogue Valley. We remain committed to providing the same high quality, personalized care that Drs. Murdoch and Sibley envisioned for the families of our community. We place tremendous value on the importance of a long-term, trusting relationship between your family and our clinic. Personalized care is our primary focus; a priority which is not limited just to your visit to the clinic. Our goal is to provide multiple avenues for you to easily access your child's medical information, schedule appointments, seek medical advice and reach your pediatrician. Utilizing the latest in medical electronic technology we provide a secure web- Patient Portal which provides parents convenient access to commonly requested information such as vaccination records, appointment and referral requests, prescription refills and school/camp forms. Welcome to Southern Oregon Pediatrics!

We welcome and celebrate people of all cultures, races, beliefs, identities, abilities and experiences into our family-centered medical home. We pride ourselves on providing comprehensive, compassionate care to infants, children and young adults every day of the year.

Our team is specially trained to take care of your child, whether a routine check- up, acute illness, injury or treatment for a complex health problem. It is our wonderful privilege to help nurture healthy, happy kids and families in our Rogue Valley community.

We provide medical care for children from birth through early adulthood. We see each child and family as unique and tailor our care to your personal needs.

Our providers offer complimentary prenatal meet and greet visits for future parents. We offer Well Care/Well Child Check-ups from birth through adolescence which include growth monitoring, developmental screening, physical examination, behavioral guidance, safety planning, and vaccinations. We provide sports/camp physical exams and complete any necessary forms. Our provider team includes a certified lactation specialist and an integrated behavior health coach in addition to our pediatric providers.

Southern Oregon Pediatrics provides same day office visits when you are concerned about your sick child. We manage injuries including splinting, casting and wound closure. X-ray and lab testing are available near our clinic. Our office utilizes a team-based care model to ensure our patients have timely access to care

The physicians at Southern Oregon Pediatrics strongly believe in the benefits of vaccines and their effectiveness and safety in preventing disease and the spread of disease in our community. Our physicians are happy to provide information and answer specific questions related to vaccines.
